Steve Sirois

Founder and President

With more than twenty years of technical experience, Steve serves as president and strategic IT consultant at Balsam Technologies. In addition to holding industry certifications from Microsoft, Cisco Systems, and other IT vendors, he is a Massachusetts-licensed electrician.

Chuck Francis

Vice President

Formerly a “Fortune 500” chief information officer and holder of several C-level positions in software development and operations, Chuck has more than fifty years of IT experience, including 20 years evaluating technology operations for the investment community. He is an acknowledged expert in IT personnel and business management evaluation processes.

Jim Daley

Executive Vice President

Jim serves as the West Coast manager of Balsam’s expanding IT management business. With more than twenty years of experience prior to joining Balsam Technologies, Jim was a co-founder and president of three businesses that helped small to large businesses with their technology and strategic needs.

Laura Sirois

Chief Financial Officer

Laura serves as treasurer and chief financial officer at Balsam.

Russell Queen

Business Manager

Russell is responsible for general administration, client account management including customer satisfaction, budgeting, and billing. He has 17 years’ experience in all aspects of administration, including 4 years as executive director of a major North Shore non-profit.
